Please Note: Now that lockdown has been eased we are taking bookings once again for the main hall, studio and church room while adhering to government guidelines. 

Hornsey Parish Church prides itself in being a welcoming place for the local community. As well as our services and activities in the church we have excellent facilities for hire for the community.

To check the availability of our facilities on any given day please click here. If you are interested in hiring one of the halls or have any queries if you are already hiring, then please contact our Hall Manager. We recommend that you make contact by completing a form, or by email as this is by far the quickest way for us to deal with your query. There are three options available:-

In your email, it will be useful to state the expected dates and times you require. Please note that email messages are picked up usually on a daily basis and we aim to get back to you within 48 hours – immediately if we can! This is by far the best way to make contact and sort out a booking as the Hall Manger can check the hall calendar at the same time as picking up an email.

Our spaces



We have lovely spacious facilities on the ground and first floors of the church hall to hire for community and family functions. Both are nicely presented and there are toilet facilities on both floors. The first floor studio has a beautiful beamed high ceiling and is perfect for dance and exercise classes. The ground floor hall has a kitchen and a stage area – perfect for staging your parties or a show. There is a small deposit with an hourly price for regulars and prices for occasional bookings – see the guidelines below.

Church Hall – ground floor (see picture above)
£40 per hour

We have a spacious ground floor hall with stage, kitchen and toilet facilities making it ideal if you want lots of space and to cater for your guests. The dimension of the the main hall is 20 x 10 x 5 metres with a maximum capacity of 180 people seated and 260 standing with no tables or chairs.

The hall can be hired out for parties outside our regular bookings so do get in touch if you have a special function planned.

First Floor Studio (see picture above) and Church Room
£38 per hour for regular bookings

Our first floor studio has a lovely beamed ceiling, polished floor and
is ideal for exercise classes. There is a toilet on the same floor.The
capacity of the Studio is max 50.

Please note that this space is not available for parties and is for
gentle activities.

Occasional bookings – main hall & 1st floor studio (plus £100 returnable deposit held against damage, extra cleaning etc)

The Hall can be booked for the day 08:00-18:00 for £400, 08:00-22:00/23:00 for £600.

Please note that the use of our halls for private parties is at the discretion of our Parochial Church Council.


Important note about Car Parking

The Church has a car park for use without any charge if it is available. It is for shared use for church and all hall spaces. At times it may be blocked off for church use such as funerals and church services. We ask all those who hire our space to be respectful and understand that a barrier at the entrance means that the car park cannot be used at that time. The roads around the church do not have parking restrictions but please do be considerate to local residents, particularly when hall users are leaving late in the evening when we ask that people leave as promptly and quietly as possible after an event has ended.
